UNAUTHORISED DEBIT!!!

Netcash debitted money on my accout, R99.99 every month which i have no idea what is it for, i have no idea who are they and how did they get to access my accout without my consent?

I need answers on this and i want my money back! if not, legal actions will be taken. i cant always go to those long ques at the bank for reversal.
