UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

I have had about enough of calling Netcash who have been debiting my account since August. First I was told my money will be reversed, and today I was told that I agreed to some telephonic contract for Touchdown. I have about 3 debit orders a month coming out every month. Now I want my money back. I never agreed to anything with them and if I did they must produce that proof.

So not impressed, it's my/my kids money not yours.
