UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND INCOMPLETE WORK

I had an accident on the 9th of october, and was told there is not approved repair centre in nelspruit and my car my be transported to jhb or palabora!!! you can imagine my shock when i took my other vehicle in for a service to east view BMW in NELSPRUIT and they told me they have a repair centre!!! this is completely unacceptable as i had to incur cost to drive to pretoria to recover my vehicle! whats worse is i told outsurance to arrange the quickest approved repairer as i needed my vehicle urgently! they sent it too CLUB MOTORS FOUNTAINS ARC who gave my vehicle back this past saturday AFTER OVER A MONTH!! I had to hire a vehicle at my own cost as the 30 days car hire had expired spend endless amount off time on the phone trying to find out what is happening planning my life around this weekend then that one, and if that not enough, THE CARS PDC NOT WORKING, OVERSPRAY ON THE BUMPER AND THE BONNET NOT ALINGED, PLUS MY VEHICLE COMES BACK WITH A STONE CHIP ON MY WINDSCREEN!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
