ITC listing without feedback law states other wise

For 4 years I am waiting for feedback from the bank without fail. I have been handed over to collection agencies MBD and now someone in Capetown and in all these years I requested a copy of a contract that I so called entered into with the bank. BUT TO NO AVAIL BUT THE CAN LIST ME ON ITC WHAT PROOF DID THEY GIVE ITC TO WARRANT THIS ACTION? IF THEY CANNOT GIVE ME THIS PROOF HOW COULD THEY MANAGE THIS?
