Phone reports money withdrawn but did not come out

I am not satisfied with the way my case has been handled by Nedbank, On Sunday the the 24th I wend to Wonderpark mall in Pretoria and I discovered that the Nedbank ATM was not Plugged due to the construction that is taking place according to the security at the Mall and I had to use the FNB ATM I inserted my card punched my pin and put the amount of R400 that I wanted but the phone reported that the transaction has been processed the money did not come out from the ATM I received a receipt saying they are experiencing problems with my bank at 15:08 and the sms I received same time at 15:08. I phoned Nedbank customer care I spoke to Lucia Ref 65810111 who said she is escalating my query up until now I have not received any feedback on how far they have gone with the process and my money has not been returned. Peter I was not going to be have this problem from the first place if the Nedbank ATM was working when the contraction started Nedbank had provided Mobile ATM's outside the mall and now before the construction is finished they took them. I need my money from the customer service perspective this is not how client service is done.
