Is it a bird, a plane - no its Daron Theunis!

When my Golf 5 got flooded 2 weeks ago, i thought oh my word! the car wasn't as bad as the water only managed to seep my carpets. that made it worse was that my car stunk by the day and it became smelly and smelly.

i was then advised by a friend that i should phone my insurance (Virgin Insurance) and hear if they couldnt assist me in anyway. i havenet claimed anything for over 7 years and was new to this. i then called and wasgreeted by a very friendly staff memeber who advised me that a Daron Theunis will be assigned to my case and will call in less than 2 hours. Well 2 hours became 2 minutes and we immediately connected and i felt at ease.

the wasy he handled my call and understanding my needs was phenominal to an extend that he made sure he helped me everyway of the process.

we oten complain about bad service in general but how often do we applaud those who give us good service? Virgin Insurance has given me the best insurance cover without any hassles or questions and have defnitely recommended them to all my colleagues! i am planing to insure all my home contents with them too!
