I forgot to update my policy after they sent me the usual policy premium increase notification. In November, I realised that my premium for the car and the life cover went up to almost R2000.00. I then called to see if I can get a discount. A gentleman called Gerhard Sander assisted me and helped me understand why my premiums had gone up that much. At the end of the call, I was extremely happy to know that my policy was updated and it was less by R652.00. Gerhard truly bend backwards for me!
