Not processing my request

On the 20th November I phoned Outsurance to subscribed to Buddy@Out. I was told by the operator that it will be processed in 24 hours and I could expect confirmation from Good Fellows.

On the 22nd I have not received any confirmation and phoned Outsurance again. Again I was told by the operator that it will be sorted out immediately and that I will be able to use the service that evening.

Later the evening I called Good Fellows to pick me up. They said they have not received anything from Outsurance and I was not on their system.

Calling Outsurance I was told that it was now after hours and there was nothing they could do.

So I ended up having to pay non membership rates to get home.

I have now (26th) received confirmation from Good Fellows. Where I was promised 24 hours, it took Outsurance 6 days.

Outsurance dropped me when I needed them. I have already canceled my Buddy@Out and will soon move to another insurer all together.
