What an incompetent bunch!!

Price increase no notification
Refund due since August - logged an online request/query end Sep/Beginning Oct (Still waiting for feedback)
Residential address incorrect on schedule
Vehicle 1 & vehicle 2 Registration reads TBA (And this after 3 years on vehicle 1)

Geez.. Outsurance definitely not what it used to be.
