On 21st November i received an email from credit intel that i have been handed over to the sum of R215.57. I immediately sent an email to ask what it this for as i do not remember this company. i then receive the information re pre qualifation and then i gettold i now owe them R268.63 for communication. So upon future investigation these charges are only for when you apply for a loan not to see if you can qualify. i am therefore not laible for the costs your client is trying to fraudlent claim from me. As i mentioned before i have sent in a complaint ot the NCR regarding your client having some many different company names it operates from its scary. The reason why i came on hellopeter is to avoid being charged communication fees. I am not happy about the i have been dealing with Mpumi and infact just this morning i called her to say i just received and sms re payment but we spoke last week she says ignore it then i can an email with statement and charged for that but i didnt request it it was sent from yourselves so how can you add on fees.
