I've had a bank account with Capitec since January 2013. Two weeks ago (15 Nov 2013) went to request a replacement card for my wife only discover that my account was locked and no additional services, updates or new cards on the account could be added because my account was locked without any clear reason whatsoever. Until they've not fixed the issue. Its clear to me they don't want account and better I move it elsewhere where I'll be treated like a customer and not a number. Poor service, in fact, very incompetent!
