Waiting period more than a year!!!

June 2012 we had a motor accident. It's now been more than a year that we've been phoning and phoning. Getting no service. Every time we phone they keep telling us they can't give us a date that the car will be fixed. Everything has been done and all the documents sentthroug h. More than a year??? We have to sell the car and had several buyers but can't do anything before the car gets fixed. Worst service I've ever seen. Worst insurance company. Don't ever use them!!!
