Claim not paid snd premium still deducted

On the 30 of October I lost my grandfather, I had s funeral policy with prosperity Africa. i submitted the required documents fr claim and until today i am still waiting. I am being told everyday now that they have paid me but they stil cannot produce their proof of payment. Whilst stil like that they didn't stop deducting premium and I only had the old man in that policy and no one else. I have bernn paying them fr approximately 5 years now. I need help to get my money.
