With this Hellopeter complaint maybe someone at Standard bank can respond to me as Hanli Meinjies does not deem fit to do so since 1st November 2013! is this resolved? I had another agent from DMC phone me last week and I told him where to get off.
I have settled this account and proof is attached. Make sure I do not get further debited on 1st December again!! and Goodness knows why Norman Bisset is now sending me a second email on this very settlement... get your ducks in a row PLEASE as you Standard Bank fail to confirm that this has been resolved
