Complaint about the bad service

I just called the number 011 5320000 and the attitude I got from the lady transferred to by the receptionist was too bad, she first cut off my call and I called back she never seems to have much of my time she was talking as if she is busy with someting and then gave me the no 0767722775 as soon as I told here I need to apply for a loan then hung up even before I say Bye.
