Taking money off twice

When ever I swipe my card I will receive an SMS saying that the amount I swiped is reserved, and shows that the money is already out of my account. A few days later I will receive another SMS saying that the money went off again. I can't understand why this is happening. When I enquired about this matter they told me that it was resevered only, and if you explain to them but that is not the problem the problem is that the money is taken twice no awnser can be given. I did check and my card is not cloned. I would really like to know what the reason is.
