Unauthorised Debits to my account

I called Oakhurst a few days ago because I was shopping around for the cheapest insurance for my new car, I spoke to Marva and we went through the whole asking of questions and info, after he told me the cheapest quote they have is over a thousand rand I declined and said I will keep shopping that price is too high.. I get an sms now and they debited my account with R1560.00. they have my details because one of my other vehicles is insured with them. I called Roberta and explained everything to her and she apologised on behalf of Mava saying he made a mistake, good n well.. so I had to send a copy of my account statement so they can refund me, now Roberta says my money will only be in tomorrow or Monday. I am so livid with these people, I want my money they took without my permission back in my account TODAY!!!
