Switch to FNB, dream or nightmare?

So I heard FNB is the most innovative bank, gave it a try, and started doubting five minutes after the application was filed.

I knew something was wrong, and till today I am right. Application was completed on Wednesday, the 23rd of January, and yet I haven't had any feedback on the application.

Maybe it's cause I applied for my first credit / overhead to build up my credit rate, I don't know.

I would just like some confirmation on what's going on as I have received no contact whatsoever.

Would like to add that I've received my E-Bucks details, though useless on its own.
