Unhelpful and hang up phone

I attempted to order a smart device through my online banking. When I attempted to call the smart device department to confirm the order the phone would ring be pouches up and hung up. This happened 3 or 4 times. Eventually I called the sales department (for people who do not yet have accounts) and was informed that my orders had not come through and I should order through the agent which I did. The next day receive 2 confirmations for my only l online orders and when I call the to cancel the duplicates I'm forwarded again to the smart device department who answer and immediately hang up. I am left without the ability to communicate with the department I require. If you create a channel for communication and restrict me to using that channel, please employ people that will answer their phones and not hang up. Otherwise I am left in a very difficult position.
