AIG- no medical examins needed, no questions asked

In 2010 I took out a hosp plan with Chartis (now AIG)! I told them that had a disease before I took out the policy! The operator on the other side assured me that there is a waiting period in that case! The waiting period is 2 years and after that I can start claiming for hospital cash back! After 2 years I started claiming with no problems! I am now putting in another claim where they refuse to pay me bacause I was born with this illness!! 1. The tv add says no medical examin and no questions asked 2. They have paid out twice before for the same illness! 3. A friend of mine is also at AIG with the same illness and they are paying her out...??? my contract aparently say they won't pay if I'm born with a illness! Why pay out twice before??? Very disappointed in this large company!!!
