Second compaint

Good day.
This is the second time i'm sending you this complaint and if it is not resolved them i'm taking this matter to the Ombudsman.

I took a loan in June which was for 6 months, i paid it off in January and now i am told that there was a Hundred odd rands that was outstanding, i was never told about it and it was a debit order, why was is not debited. they tell me that they took me to the lawyers and i want that rectified and name cleared.
