Disappointing service received as always!!!

I am one of those customer's who blindly still believes that someday a miracle will happen & the customer care experience at FNB will be efficient & yet again today another awful & distateful experience that proves me wrong. A cheque was deposited into my account this past Saturday. I took the initiative today after spending a lot of time yesterday afternoon calling the call center & being cut off again & again by incompitent call center representative who still could not help better yet advising incorrectly & irrelenvently, I went into a Randburg FNB branch today to get my account balance corrected & the status uplifted. After a mere 3 attempts to call the Potchefstroom branch no one picked up the phone therefore I could not be assisted. I then received the appaling "there is nothing we can do/I don't care about your problems attitude" from the consultant. After spending an hour & 30 minutes I leave the branch unhelped, unsatisfied & very disappointed & my life being put on hold yet again as always by FNB. Customer centritity & satisfaction really needs to be a priority at FNB before they lose clients faster than fast.
