Standard Bank once again does not fail to surprise me. I did not appreciate the generic responses received from Zenaath Hassen and the belief that it has been escalated to management. Is a manager ever going to phone me? Is it possible that Standard Bank actually can take the time to phone their Valued Customer as they call me?
