I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from A&G. This is my second claim I am having to make. My first claim ended up in me having to argue with service reps and managers over promises that were not kept and misinformation given to me at the time of taking out a policy with you. I was indirectly insulted by being told that calls needed to be listened to before any action can be taken. (Don't you believe customers that spend 5 years worth of premiums with you. The 2nd time around is even worse. I was not called back by the service rep after I ran out of airtime when trying to arrange a breakdown truck to get me from the scene which resulted in me being stuck in the middle of nowhere on a national road having to send a please call me to friends at 6am in the morning to get people out of bed to buy airtime for me so that I could call back?? The hire car was not arranged for me when I initially needed it. I received one yesterday, this accident happened on the 18th Jan and now a manager is telling me that i'm only going to get paid half of what was originally discussed due to some technicality that was not explained to me when taking out the policy?
