WORST SERVICE AND INCOMPETANCY

Have had a personal loan for over 2 years with Sanlam. A while ago was bombarded with letters of possibly extending my loan. When I actually applied-after at least 6 lengthy call for my account, I am still waiting for a response. Very bad service-especialliy for a loyal customer. Extremely disappointed.
