Hello Peter is now my last resort.

It may sound weird that my problem has been pending for 3 years, but what do you do if you are disabled and you do not have your own transport??

After my policy was cancelled, Sanlam deducted a payment of R621 from my account. I received a letter stating that I must claim my money at the office. I contacted the office and explained my situation several times, but they informed me that I will have to come to the office in town to claim my money.

My question still stands. Why must I, as a disabled client be inconvenienced, due to Sanlam's mistake??

In this modern day of technology why can the refund not be made via EFT??
