Judgement on paid up account

I have a judgement on ITC on my FNB Loan account. The account was paid in full and I received a paid up letter on 04 December 2013 but it is still not removed from ITC.

I contacted Symington and De Kock that confirmed that the account is paid in full but again they referred me back to FNB.

I need answers!!!
