Disappointed yet again!!!

Firstly it took me almost 2 months to get an answer if my customer advance was approved or not. This then approved and done in March this year. From then I have paid all my installments but recently started receiving sms's and phone calls almost on a daily basis stating my account has been in arrears while every consultant speaks to me they go through my statement and say it's a technical error. Today I received a call from a consultant consistently stating I need to get my loan re-adjusted in order to cover that short fall and my question was why did this come up in November when my advance was opened in March??? I went into the Bryanston branch and to my surprise the interest rate was first loaded as 21% and not 12.5% but later rectified and then the capital amount not being reduced on a monthly basis (the branch consultant showed me an amount of R4400 that was supposed to reduce the initial amount) but never did thus every month the amount owing is getting higher??? She also showed me the notes of all the consultants that called me had the same note but never referred for resolving, at the branch we called the collections department and they had no idea what to do?
