R70 000 Unaccounted for

I am a customer of Standard bank i had R70000.00 in my account and my card was supposedly cloned and all my money has been withdrawn in a period of 6 days, but they can not answer any questions I Have as per their turn around time i am supposed to wait 10-15 days before i get a response. According to any banking procedure an Identification Document needs to be produced as per instructions from FICA. I am DISGUSTED with the procedures as i am left with no money and they can not guarantee i get my money back, please can someone assist urgently.
