HORRIFIC CLAIM EXPERIENCE

After a near fatal accident, Jim was assigned to me and he lacked professionalism and was very unsympathetic. Hes casual in his demeanour and I always thought iwyze was a fair company. All my assets including my life policy is in their books but following the invasive interrogation and lack of communication during my claims process I now see that was the biggest mistake ever. My claim is now rejected due to suspicion that my spouse (incident driver) could have been under the influence of alcohol. This is purely suspicion and no proof what so ever. I intend to take this matter further as im not satisfied with the treatment received and final verdict.
