I was extremely impressed with the service you rendered with regards to my claim. I was sceptical in the initial stage but got really comfortable knowing that you did your best to assist me in sorting my claim. The money was paid into my account by Thursday already and I could then subsequently fit new mags on Friday. This will definitely go a long way as I will tell friends and family of the service I received and how you still processed my claim successfully even though I didn't comply with all the criteria and checks on my end.
