Bad taste of standard banks staff

We move to Standard bank on the advise of my mom who has been there for years and had gotten good service. We thought we would get the same after we got miss tread at Fnb. Only to find standard bank Killarney to make promises and not deliver. And to receive calls regarding over draw account at PM at night, we the wrong approach and tone does not fly. Then to go to the branch and have some by the name Johan steenkamp insist in helping, when I was waiting for my consultant / branch manager, only to not able to help with out proof, and just me off with his attitude and bad body language just made me more mad.
