I don't think a bank has ever supplied such bad service, 5 months and account is still not rectified.
attitude seems to be as if they have more than enough clients. now going on 6 months and everybody is just passing the buck. no feedback and problem still not sorted. unfortunately Banking and financing is two different stories as i am quite a happy client with my banking but financed vehicle seems to make me want to pay off my vehicle and move all my accounts some where else.
