My TV was and when i phone Hifinance head office call centre they advised me that I need to go to the breach where I bought my TV and submit a police certified affidavit only to be rejected by the breach saying their insurance system does not cover goods. I'm extremly disapointed in their whole approach and the fact that they should have advised me of this exclusion especially since their printed insurence policy documents displayed in the store doesn't say they doesn't cover. I am definitely taking this further. I am taking this to he insurance ombudsman.
