Unable to use card for online payments

Since my business credit card was replaced, I have been unable to use it for online payments.

I spent 40 minutes on the phone being sent from general enquiries to business banking to credit card and finally to general credit card service. All switchboard options for the latter require you to capture your credit card number and telephone banking pin which I don't have. No other departments are able to assist.

I simply need to find out why my card is declining transactions prior to getting to the verified by Visa authorisation and have this corrected.
