IGNORING REQUEST FOR REFUND

I accidentally deposited R1500 on the 25th of October 2013 into Boodles account thinking I had an open account with them. I realized that I it was the wrong account and I requested a refund. I called numerous times only to be passed the buck. I then sent an email to their collections department who assured me that I would have the money redeposited into my account in two working days time. It's twenty three days later and still no word from them on when I will be receiving that money. They only keep sending me vague emails that aren't specific about when they will be able to pay me that money. I need it to pay my accounts and I don't have sufficient funds in my account to ask the bank to do a reversal for me. Please intervene on my behalf
