No response of payment of Surplus Claim

I have been dealing with my mothers surplus claim, she was a member of computicket and was advised that there is surplus to be collected. I have sent through all documents that were required on the 28/08/2013 at 16-19.
When i called in to the call centre in the beginning of September i was advised that all documents were received and that the monies will be paid into the account within 14 working days and that my mum will be contacted and told that he monies was deposited.
After these 14 working days have passed no call has been made to my mother and i have followed up with the surplus department 4 times and each time i got told that they will be escalating the query to the administration department. I have spoken to Violet and Aadil and someone else whose name i forgot. I had been left holding today for so long that i had dropped the line because i asked to speak to someone either in admin and was told i could not. I was apparently holding for a team leader. I work in the Call Centre as well, and when i escalate an issue to the Head Office i make sure to follow up on that query constantly because a customer deserves an answer within 24-48 hours.
