I logged a complain with fnb after my account went into a minus 248 and i couldnt understand how it got there. i was given this incident number 360941. Four weeks later i have not received any responce from fnb and now when i buy something i dnt get an sms notification i think its their way of ripping me off. once again my account is on a minus. Shame on you FNB and you can HELP me by closing my account. The service at branch level stinks!!!
