We were out of town and I needed to make a payment to SARS. I dreaded going in to an unknown bank to effect this, especially as this new credit push re SARS is causing complications. At the enquiry counter I explained to Desiray what I needed to do and could she help me. She came out from behind the counter and took me to a computer, got me logged on and in just a few moments the transaction was complete. I was so impressed with her willingness and efficiency.
