No feedback on money not received from ATM telle

On 2 November 2013 I wanted to draw money (R1000.00) from a Standard bank ATM. I reported the matter immediately (while standing at the ATM. After a week on 9 November 2013 I visited 3 branches in Centurion area to obtain a new bank card. I was never informed about where or when to collect my new card, as it was withheld by the ATM teller. I complained at the Branch where I collected the my new bank card. It was told it will take 9 working days. Now, after another week 16 November 2013, No feedback or any notification of the progress received from Standard Bank. This is unprofessional and bad management not to inform a client of what is happening with a bank account??? Lucky I am single and did not need money, but what will happen to a family that needs to go to work and school and needs food??? People, this is very unprofessional and wrong to do this to anyone's money. How are you going to keep customers if your service and feed back to your clients are so bad???
