Bad control of accounts

A few years ago I sold property, there was short fall on the outstanding balance. I agreed to pay R1000-00 via debit order to catch up on this. The debiting was very inconsistent. The result was that I had cancelled the debit order, and started paying via EFT. It had been going well for a few months, and then suddenly today (15-Nov-13), they deduct R1500-00 off my account, apparently due to non-payment. But I'm sure if they recon their accounts properly they would find my regular payments. I do have the proof of payments to prove my regular payments.
