REFUSAL To REPAY

I was persuaded in to subscribing to the Red Hot Penny shares, as one of their policies, it states that you can receive your cash back (no matter what the problem) now this programme has not helped me in any way, and I havnt received my member pack for over 3 months now. I sent 2x E-mails and had a telephonic conversation complaining, cancelling and requesting my money back and I still have not received it!!! I WANT MY MONEY!!! No feedback! Phones always engaged! This is putred service!
