FNB didn't process my payment &now they wont help!

I made a payment to my FNB account and my statement is not reflecting it. I called them everyday and all I got was "I am sorry ma'am, there is nothing I can do to help" or "I am sorry ma'am, I'm going to log a call for you and follow up". This has been going on for almost a week now. This is ridiculous!

Can we all please do our jobs properly and update my statement? And thereafter FNB is going to expect me to pay interest on my account that is apparently in "Arrears". This is ridiculous.

I am honestly disappointed at your terrible incompetence's, Do you want to know "how you can help me"? Do your job, do you job and update my account!
