Home loan cancellation

I went to Pinetown Branch to settle my homeloan acc and cancel the loan on 14 February 2013. I pd th ebal of R13526.88 via eft on 14 feb 2013.I completed the cancellation forms with Nontando Ntobela. I heard nothing more..Never heard anything. I sent an e-mail on Jun 21 to ABSA NSC Admin support... got another auto response... nothing... I then called in at the same PTN branch on 13 Aug and spoke to MRS BARNARD... she looked up my acc on the computer and told me there was no record of a cancellation. I filled in same forms again. Got and sms on 15 aug to say Instruction to cancel bond had been received... yay... I then got a call from Ardri who works for Attorneys in Cape Town asking me where I lived... really... STILL NOTHING .PLEASE SORT THIS OUT BEFORE I GO TO WENDY KNOWLER.
