Ad bad service

I sent in a request to get called by one of avbob's reps. and it took 5 days before they responded. Then a lad
y called me on Monday n said she'll call again on Tuesday. today is Friday the still no word from her. It just makes me wonder if one can trust them in time of need or claim if they can't execute the simplest thing as to call back a potential client. Epic FAIL!!!
