Mike (CEO) Breaking all the rules

This is now the third time i am posting on hellopeter as everytime i recieve a "this is resolved" comment which is NOT true!!! and the second time i left a complaint on hellopeter i wasnt even contacted i was simply left a comment stating the matter has being being resolved, comment left by Mike the CEO,

Im tired of this pathetic medical aid and unless i recieve a call with an actual solution i will from now on be as pittyful as i possibly can be and make it my mission to leave as many bad reviews and complaints on hellopeter and the internet in general as humanly possible and will be going to the ombudsman.

Not explaining my complaint in detail again do your jobs and look through my previous complaints that have NOT being resolved

But just to cover myself cause looks like essential med has a reading problem, i work UK hours and with sensitive information so will not answer my phone at work so make sure you call before 11:45am monday to friday
