After MONTHS of being without my bike (see previous complaint on Hello Peter), we still are no further than when we first lodged our complaint!!
KCR comment to previous complaint: As for the engine leaks, the engine casings have gaps:
Robin: Is it normal then for my bike to use 1 pint oil / 150kms?
KCR comment to previous complaint: Please note we did not charge for new pick-ups:
Robin: Johnny quoted me R1, 500 for NEW pick ups. He did NOT mention that this was price for second hand ones
KCR comment on previous complaint: We will advise you as soon as we find an alternative solution to fix the problems on your bike.
Robin: ONE MONTH LATER and still not a single phone call or communication from ANYONE AT KCR. No up-dates what-so-ever!!!
I had to go through my entire festive season holiday without any transport and am STILL loaning vehicles to get to work every day
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC - NO OTHER WORDS!!!
