I ordered a Nexus tab on 9 Oct together with the advertised stylus. The tab has a charging fault which is supposedly a common fault with the model. The stylus does not work AT ALL. We tried it on many different devises with the same result! I contacted FNB on Wed 6th Nov to arrange for a refund or exchange (ref: FNB 52099). Digital Planet contacted me to arrange a courier to collect the device on Friday 8th Nov [CEZHX6YN] [R5XVX0T]. The courier did not arrive. I phoned again on Monday and send an email via the banking website. Suddenly FNB has no record of my call?? Samantha from customer services called me on Tues 12th to advise that someone will get back to me... I am still waiting for someone to get back to me and collect this device. I am paying for something that does not work!
