Excuses to not pay the cash back

I applied for a loan during March, it was to be deducted over 6 months. I was told that after the loan is paid in full i will receive a cash back amount. The loan has been paid up for almost 2 months. I have not received the cash back. I phoned the Vereeniging branch several times and i was told that they are awaiting reply from head office. I phoned the head office just now, spoke to a lady and she transferred me to a certain Lollo. When i asked about the cash back which i did not receive, he told me that the promotion ended during May?? I went on the Moneystar site and there's no mentioning of any expiry date? The following is stated on the website,

"6 month loans with the Cashback product linked to it (should you make loyal payments for the duration of six months, you will receive a 5% of the loan amount paid back to you on the Citi bank card upon making the final payment..."

Ok so why is it mentioned that the promotional cash back was valid until May only. I also asked the Lollo to please email me the "document" whereby it states that the promotion was only till May, and if so, why is nothing mentioned on the site? We are being taken for a ride! Excuses, Excuses
