ABSA Executors NOT EXECUTING

Hi,

I complained back in July that we have been receiving the run around from ABSA regarding my dads deceased estate.

The executors took in the file after my complaint and nothing has been done to our satisfaction to date. Responses are delayed, feedback not received timeously and we have to consistently follow up.

Another disturbing issue is that I then went as far as trying to close some of my dads stuff, as the executors had not been doing their job as such. We have to keep sending requests asking them to either close my late fathers bank accounts, which are still active by the way. I went as far as settling payment for one of my dads cars, stopping some debit orders and contacted Vodacom. But irregardless we still have monies moving from my dads accounts since his death in April.

It is now November and if you ask me what they have done so far, I don't know cos quite frankly it does not seem like much. Now I am sick and tired of being pushed around and treated like a number. We are customers and are paying quite alot of money for the executors fees, it not free. I feel I couldve wound up this estate by the looks of things.

I need answers and prompt action ASAP
